Why recepie famous for?

Roasted bell peppers stuffed with taco spiced beef and topped with cheese. These stuffed peppers proudly represent the low-carb diet in all its glory. They are delicious, nutritious, and are sure to please just about anyone. This healthy alternative to tacos removes the tortillas all together and allows you to enjoy a flavor packed taco without all the added carbs or guilt!

Ingredients

1 can Tuna in oil or water, drained
2 tbsp sriracha more or less to taste
2 tablespoons mayo or Greek yogurt, sour cream, or mashed avocado
1/4 cup onion diced
1/4 cup celery diced
2 medium flour tortillas or lettuce leaves
2 romaine lettuce leaves
To Assemble Wraps
1 small tomato sliced
1/4 cup spinach leaves

Instructions

Make the salad: Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until creamy and mixture through.
To Assemble: top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf, half the tuna mixture, tomato, and spinach. Tightly roll up the tortilla like a burrito, slice and enjoy!
